A Warm (and by warm I mean smoldering) Introduction

Hello, and welcome to this little blog of mine.

I’m sure most of you who are reading this already know me in some capacity, whether we be old friends from school, coworkers, or stood by each other in line at District Donuts that one time or twelve. Regardless, my name is Kaitlyn, and this is my blog.

*Side note: I do intend on creating an About Me page once I figure out what a “widget” is and maybe teach myself html. WHO KNOWS. The possibilities are endless with this one.

Moving right along.

This blog, Powered by Sass…and sometimes donuts, will basically be a daily, or not-so-daily, log of my semi-adventurous, always entertaining, life in New Orleans. I’m an actor, you see, and actors are a breed of their own. In short, we are not humans. We only look like them. Unless you’ve discovered Botox, then you look like an alien. Sylvester Stallone, we still love you. Or…do we?

(We don’t)

I’m a 22-year-old with a passion for theatre, a mind made purely of wit, and a mouth so sarcastic, you’d swear I was a pre-pubescent teen (I was at one point, btw). And here are my words, hopefully for your enjoyment.

Signing out,

… I can’t possibly use that as an “exit” form on this blog. I just can’t. “Sincerely Yours” is too professional, “Respectfully Yours” is too cover letter (and while I may respect you, you certainly don’t need to be TOLD that at every exit – Love you too, Mom, and I RESPECT YOU), and “k bye” is too abrupt.

I’ll figure it out. Thanks for reading!

k bye
